1. What We Collect — and What We Don't
Home Keep Maintenance Tracker requires no account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any personal details to use the app, and we do not track you. The only time we ever receive personal information is when you choose to send a contractor request — this is explained in Section 2.
2. All Data Is Stored Locally on Your Device
All information you enter into this app — including your property address, appliance records, task history, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device. We have no servers, no cloud storage, and no access to your information. The one exception: if you choose to use Find a Pro or request a contractor for a renovation project, the contact information you enter, your ZIP code, and your description of the work are sent to us by email so we can connect you with a professional. This only happens when you tap to send a request, and you confirm the information each time. If you never send a request, nothing ever leaves your phone.
3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data
We never sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your home information is private and stays that way. When you choose to send a contractor request, the details you submit are transmitted through Formspree, a secure form-delivery service that passes the message to our email inbox. We use that information only to help connect you with a professional for the job you asked about.
4. No Account or Login Required
This app requires no account creation, no login, and no registration. You can use the full app without providing any identity information.
5. No Cookies or Tracking
This app does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, or any behavioral tracking technology. We do not monitor how you use the app.
6. No Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not integrate with any advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party analytics services. Your usage of this app is not shared with or sold to any outside party.
7. App Store and Google Play Data Collection
The store you downloaded this app from — the Apple App Store or Google Play — may collect anonymous usage data (such as crash reports and download statistics) as part of its standard platform policies. This data is collected by Apple or Google — not by us — and is subject to their own privacy policies.
8. Your Property Information Is Private
We do not have access to your property address, home details, appliance information, vehicle records, or any other data you enter into this app. All of it is stored locally on your device and belongs entirely to you. The only information we ever see is what you deliberately choose to send us in a contractor request.
9. Children Under 13
This app is designed for homeowners and adults. Children under the age of 13 should use this app only with parental guidance and supervision. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
10. Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected in new versions of the app. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
